Geoffrey’s Secret
While gardening one day I noticed charcoal which my husband had thrown on the ground from our firepit. I had always wanted to see what it was like to work with this medium, so picked it up and off I went to experiment. Oh what fun! I then went and bought artist grade paper and both black and white charcoal to draw more professional pieces. Having shared this image with my Facebook and Instagram followers, I received an array of suggestions. A couple of people said he looked like he was telling a secret, but Geoff, an old school friend said, "I think you should call him Geoffrey". He still makes me laugh all these years on. So I combined these two suggestions and entitled this piece Geoffrey's secret.
